IS YOUR EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS?

Mahabhuta Yoga Retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga practice. The purpose of the retreat is to find peace at our scenic location, follow guided yoga classes, learn more about yogic philosophy, pranayama, and meditation, and enjoy the community meals with like-minded people. This makes Mahabhuta retreat a well-rounded event which can be enjoyed by practitioners of different levels.

The retreat will be of most educational value to beginner and intermediary practitioners as we will focus on principal yoga philosophy and a more in-depth understanding of pranayama and meditation.

However, advanced practitioners will be as likely to enjoy the refresher course and could provide an invaluable contribution to the group discussions, practicing karma yoga in relation to more junior students.

WHAT LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS IS REQUIRED?

Mahabhuta is an active retreat. If you consider yourself an active person - this retreat is for you in all shapes and forms. The retreat might be suitable for people with disabilities in consultation with a physician who could make sure one is in a fit state to join us for an activity holiday. In case of hesitation - get in touch!

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Retreat inquiries and reservations can be done via email, by telephone or with Ao Marama crew. All cabins provided by us are according to availability. However, guests are allowed to indicate their preferences which we will try to accommodate.

Non-confirmed retreat inquiries are not guaranteed reservations and are subject to availability. Guaranteed reservations require an email confirmation with confirmed reservation details received from aomarama.yoga@gmail.com by the guest, as well as the payment confirmation. Please keep the transaction receipt as proof of payment upon check-in.

  4. Your reservation is transferable at the 10% re-listing fee if you can find another person for your spot.

Alternative arrangements will be offered or the retreat reservation amount will be refunded, but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare and travel plans.

  6. In case the number of retreat participants does not reach the required number, Mahabhuta Retreat reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the retreat. In that case, retreat participants will be informed immediately with an option to reimburse the retreat price or to sign up for a new date of the retreat and use their submitted payment to cover this new retreat.
