ABOUT THIS RETREAT

Unite, sweat, transform

This yoga retreat is a way to press a stop button on your busy life and recharge your battery. It’s an experience of connecting with nature, outside and within, changing your daily routine and finding balance. Focusing on classical elements - Pancha Mahabhuta- Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Aether this retreat will mirror the states of Stillness, Motion, Fluidity and Lightness coming from and arriving at the neutral state of Om.

How does it work?

Discover the benefits of yoga asana, mindfulness and breathing techniques integrated into your daily life. There will be plenty of opportunities to explore different yoga styles and variations, dive deeper into the yogic philosophy and learn something new. We will serve you healthy wholesome meals made by our loving family-hosts from fresh local ingredients. This will be the time and space for you to pause and restart and together we will make it a special experience.

Our retreats are suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. You just need to bring your body, we will provide the rest. Cozy accommodation, delicious meals, and retreat activities are included in the retreat price. Extra activities, workshops and treats, including massage, cedar hot tub under starry nights, evenings by the fire and native bush walks are there on-demand. You will be organising your transportation to the retreat location, but we are happy to recommend the best way to get there.
